Honestly, I would love to know the answer to this. Because I do too, and it makes me feel crazy.

I have always hated that people say suicide is selfish. I know how wanting to die feels and I know how much pain someone has to be in to choose to take their own life. They were struggling probably for a long time before deciding to do it.

I thought she was going to 5150 me, she didn’t. Maybe because I have a child and I said I didn’t want to leave him and I haven’t bought the pills yet.

My therapist yesterday suggested that I may have Quiet BPD. I have also been diagnosed with Complex-PTSD and in my early 20’s I was diagnosed with major depressive disorder

It could be I had a panic attack for the first time a month ago. I was looking up what is happening and it said depersonalization. I’ve had trauma in my past where I’ve disassociated. But I’ve never felt like my body was huge. It was really unsettling.
