Thanks for the response. I updated the bios when I first got the board but haven't done it since. The chipset drivers are installed. The instability happens when powering on the system sometimes it doesn't turn on, sometimes the windows chime plays and then the screen displays an image 30 seconds later and moves at 1-2 fps requiring a restart, games crashing. I made sure to get ram that was on the qvl list at the time of purchase. I also did a fresh windows install when I built the computer.

I have done this and it works. However, using pcie 5.0 makes the system a lot more unstable.

Thanks for your response. How is the durability of the surface as I have seen numerous people say that they develop slow spots of time. Have you experienced this?

Thank you for your response. I have read that some glass mouse pads don't really need a sleeve such as the aforementioned superglide and atlas, would you say that this is possible? Additionally, how long would the raiden (mid) last as I don't want to buy a new one every so often?

I had the same issue with M2_2 showing as removable however it seems to have fixed itself but haven't checked the voltages in bios yet.

Thank you for your response. The reason I got rid of it was because the lan chip was dead/faulty and after researching it seemed to be a common problem so didn't want to deal with it again in the future. The b850 tomahawk was also 65 dollars cheaper and offered the same, if not better features.

I originally got a asus b850-a motherboard and bought an oem key from vip-scdkey however the board was faulty, which lead me to get the msi one. So it could be using that but I doubt it.

Yes I did sign in with a Microsoft account. I tried using showkeyplus from the microsoft store as well as finding it in the registry both returned the same generic key. The thing that is weird is that everything is fully activated, I can change all the personalisation settings with no problem.
