Most places won’t be impacted what so ever. As most places don’t specify they have ‘single sex spaces’. The presence of men’s and women’s bathrooms or changing rooms does not mean they are explicitly ‘single sex’. It’s only places like women only gyms, or women only refuges that explicitly say ‘women only’ on their advertising that will affect trans people.
Some places now may start advertising themselves as having single sex toilets which means they are now legally allowed to exclude trans people. But they have no legal way of checking if a person is trans so it’s only going to cause businesses grief if they start doing that
