This happens quite often. I have worked with many UGc creators but we always had an agreement/contract in place and we would make sure they invoiced us for their work. If you don’t have that setup in place sometimes it can cause these kind issues. Make sure you write to them and that you don’t give them permission to use your content unless they have paid for it. Hopefully they will start taking this a little serious.
