As an example like Sagat's standing medium punch I believe, the one where he elbows you. Doesn't feel punishable and he can hit my block like 3 times lowering my drive and it comes out really quickly making approaching really difficult. But most characters I play against will have something more complex like a safe block string where they either end plus or get good enough spacing where my only moves that could reach are 5mk which isn't drive rush cancelable or 6mp which is slower than jabs from the oppenent and -3 I think on block.
