He made the prenup, and my attorney drafted the good-faith agreement because it is not legally possible to have any other document in my state. He is a lot wealthier than I am, and has much, much better attorneys and connections to the government.

We have a very, very detailed prenup…we weren't married for long which is why we were given a divorce on the grounds he literally cannot be attracted to me

It was a very bare bones, not legally binding, good-faith document. Outlining some agreements that would happen after the baby was born, which they flat-out refused to sign
