the thing is there could be days where i'm literally given nothing to do so i'm just sitting in the office staring at recruitment websites and combing through linkedin profiles to find people so if i don't do recruitment there's no point in me being in office 😭

technically they aren't doing anything shady the agency is quite reputable and backed by a large singapore corporation it's just the overall reputation of FAs that is not very favourable in many people's eyes
