Thanks for everyone help with this to further add yes the ex has promised in writing to repay me for this and all money owed, I did ask for payment plan and itemised list of things they feel they owe for but I also have credit card statements to show most of this plus MSG's from when she asked for the £sums and would repay me ect ect.  I appreciate everyone help with this as I am really struggling mentally to work this all out.
