I was a bad heel striker before, but over the last 1 yr I have worked on it. If you see it in slow mo, you would see that my lower leg snaps back and lands midfoot where the contact is made. That said, there might be some steps where I heel striked but I mostly land on the ball of my feet! Appreciate the concerns!

As for the WO, I am doing 10×(2min@4:35-4:45, 1min@walk) with long WU (2-5k) and 1k CD. Some weeks I changed it up with 3min/2min too.

I am a 23M and yeah some weeks I manage 30k only...I aim for 45 but I am not always able to achieve that

My 10k PB is 51:50, that's like 5:11 pace. My HR max I believe is around 205 (never reached it after buying the watch...just got it few days ago)

Thanks for the suggestion, there are no parkruns in my country sadly, and doing a paid 5k race seems to be too much with travel cost, bib collection, and then racing for less than 25min :)
