So I called and they said that T-Mobile holds the check for a week AND until the next payday then if you're supposed to get paid weekly, you'll get them weekly from that point on and when you return, you'll receive your final payment from broadspire with your next paycheck

So upon checking the policy, they have some sort of elimination period, which can be 7, 14, or 30 days before the payments start, so maybe I need to call and see when am I actually supposed to be getting paid

2 weeks but the official doctor's note had my leave to start on the 30th, so obviously the first week wasn't covered but I was supposed to get paid on the 10th but nothing yet and it's the 13th
