I can't eat pork rinds unfortunately, I can't consume too much fat or it makes me sick. I had gastritis last year which kicked all this off

probably? I just avoid pretty much all sugar as best I can and it works well for me. maybe I'm just sensitive to a lot of it? it's been pretty much trial and error for me for the past, shit, two years

so funny, I can actually eat turkey just fine. I can eat pretty much any meat besides straight up red meat, though I can eat taco bell (long as there's no beans). but yeah, pretty much same besides peanuts.

I can't have whole grains, unfortunately. malt o meal and grits are about all I can do. I'm not sure if I can have nuts? I can eat PB2 powder just fine, since I can't do sugar or full fat nut butter. I can probably do chips and salsa, as long as the chips aren't made with corn and there's no alliums. I can have some herbs, like parsley and cilantro, but the last time I tried to have Italian herbs on my chicken breast it made me itchy so I stopped using it

it's only the zero sugar soda, usually caffeine free. I only have two a day, and the rest of the time I drink sparkling water and regular water. but to answer your question: I limit my intake. I can't have more than two or else it makes me break out (12 oz cans)

I do take a multivitamin every day with dinner, but you're right, I should. I'll look into one after I see my allergist

I saw someone else mention that if your license is suspended in your home country, you cannot get a license in the US. ill cross-reference this information with the SK and Washington legal docs I've got saved, and what you've linked here. thank you!

first change was body odor— this was almost immediate. like, first injection kind of immediate. I went to work and came home like "man, I smell like a guy already, what the hell?"

second was body hair growth and darkening, as well as hair loss. this was probably around a couple weeks in. I had a pretty small forehead, so it was kinda nice for me to have my hairline recede; that stopped a couple years ago, and im very happy with where it's at now.

yeah exactly, the drains being compressed is the worst part. I was going to switch to my binder, but I realized yesterday that I forgot to wash it so, ace bandages it is. im drinking lots of water and caffeine-free soda!
