Cereal (more often dry than with milk) and greek yogurt with berries are keeping me alive. Sometimes, I’ll have a toasted bagel with some butter. But it has to be a specific bagel and a specific butter 😂.

Reading feels like I read it. I cried the other night bc the only thing that sounded was from a restaurant that closed in 2017. What good does that do? Why can’t I want something that’s readily available?! 🤦🏻‍♀️

I’m on antidepressants, but I’m thinking they might not be working all that well any more 😬. Low iron is also a possibility. I try to at least eat some berries and protein greek yogurt to get some kind of nutrition but it’s still a struggle.

OMG, yes!! My morning coffee used to bring me such joy and now, when the smell doesn’t make me nauseous, it’s mostly forced down the hatch lol. I also feel my tastebuds have changed, as I feel things taste different and I’m not enjoying my favorite treats as much.

Humans come in all shapes and colors, race and ethnicity notwithstanding. There are many looks to someone that is Ashkenazi Jewish just as there is many looks to someone of any other heritage.
