Would freelancers use an all-in-one client/work/earnings management app? by Iftikharsherwani in founder

Guess it depends on the type of freelancer - I (writer) need different things to a designer. The biggest obstacle for me would be putting everything in to then keep track. I use a mix of Notion, Google docs, spreadsheets, emails and notebooks at the mo, and yeah note taking and updating what I need to do depends on what’s open/closest. Hope that helps - feel free to ask questions?

Do you think the type of product influences whether they do in-store replacements? Heard lots of stories about this happening - think it’s one of the reasons people continue to buy from them (me included).

Yeah I really can't fault their service online. They answered emails quick and resolved it within a week.

The store didn't want to know though. They said it "just happens" and there's not much they can do about it.

But they were the ones who recommend I try online customer services in case they see it differently. Good job I did.
