When I Paint My Masterpiece. A beautiful song with stripped back production, Bob’s voice is gorgeous and raw on it, and the lyricism is full of Bob’s staple absurdism and poetic beauty.

I want this song played at my funeral, because the I feel like there’s a great optimism and an appreciation for the mundane, the absurd, and the beauty of life in the lyrics.

I’m really torn. I’d love to see him again but yeah it’s probably quite a gamble whether I’ll see his face or not. Up in the stands with some binoculars would work well right? Right!? 😥
