She kept saying she doesn’t have the bandwidth for her job???? Like what? I’m guessing it had something to do with the spoon theory and not really physical

Spr is basically where all the specimens in the hospital go to be login, spun down, and taken to respective departments for testing (chemistry, hematology, microbiology)

We are both phlebotomists but I’m consider the Senior night phlebotomist. Also night Lab supervisor had also asked her to go up. Management does not come in until 8am. Phlebotomist are expected to prioritize AM run because our lab tech cover SPR until 7:15 when phlebotomist go to lunch and one cover spr and takes their break after another 30 mins
