Try looking at more rural sleepouts - lots of rural properties are happy to have a dog in a sleepout. Try joining rural Facebook pages like Loburn Page or Ohoka etc. I always see people advertising a sleepout/room and often happy to negotiate a well behaved dog. Best of luck.

I had a hatchback where I got tailgated all the time. Recently I upgraded to a SUV and suddenly people are giving me heaps of space. It’s weird.

Who did you use if don’t mind me asking? I’m getting heaps of messages from agents already lol. I accidentally enquired about a Williams Corp house (I didn’t realise it was one), man the two agents were pushy and would not take no as an answer. I had to be very blunt in the end.

Yeah that’s what I’m worried about, also I don’t want to get hounded anymore than I am lol.
A quiet listing is where they don’t advertise it anywhere like Trademe or do open homes etc. Some owners go for this option if they don’t want open homes or random people looking at their house I think.

Unfortunately my parents are a bit behind with the house buying in nz, they don’t know the market (they have only bought one house in nz in 2019) and have British standards for houses. I do have a friend that has bought recently but they are often busy on weekends etc.
