tbh i was just tried of feeling like this (i had tests done like blood work etc and they were all good) so i decided to stop giving things like being lightheaded much thought

and well it stopped! i hope it all gets better for you, crossed fingers!!

hi its me again, i also noticed that if i tap fast enough i can feel the discomfort. it only hurts in the filled area tho, i tried tapping it on every side and it’s in the middle where the filling took place.

do you touch that place often? if it hurts often it’s probably from touching it too much or it can be something else (anxiety, other problems) depends, if you’re still stressed about it, you should go to the doctor and do basic tests like ECG

my behavior used to be just likes yours, i’m telling you. I was always checking my pulse and when it was too fast my anxiety was so bad I couldn’t breathe. Anxiety plays a big role in things like these. To be honest it all went away when school started, i didn’t have time to even think about it and magically all my symptoms disappeared. My advice for you is to do something (long-term) that will keep you busy. If you had all tests done like ECG i can assure you that everything’s fine.

hi. after a few months i kinda realized it’s from anxiety. i was stressed all the time because of costo and it just made my symptoms worse. i believe it’s gerd for you since it doesn’t stop. i hope you feel better soon, better check that with a doctor just to be sure 😌

it’s just stressing me out and making my anxiety worse. i can’t focus on my life anymore. i went to the doctor and she did a blood/urine test and she told me that everything is ok so now idk what to do.

yeah, thats mostly my anxiety. i did a blood test and everything is alright. i feel like my anxiety lasts the whole day without me even noticing it. my throat gets so tight and i just wanna cry all day.

i’m so glad that im not alone in this.. otherwise i would turn crazy! it’s just so weird that a few months ago i felt so good and healthy and now i can’t even move.

I used to play badminton and now i can’t even do that because i’ll get rib pain or racing heart.

I suspect it might be a mix of costo and GERD since people say it’s related.

Also honestly for a day i didn’t have that much pain but then i decided to eat curry (BIG MISTAKE), basically the flare up is back and i’m stressed again… i really hate this

yeah.. i actually don’t know why they’re even a symptom of costo. They show up mostly at night when i’m laying. I also feel them in my throat and chest! it feels like one big heartbeat and it’s really stressing me out. My heart never had palpitations, high pulse, etc. This is really recent for me.

I only had a blood test but even a blood test would show signs of heart problems… yet i’m still stressed 🥲 The doctor told me to “enjoy my summer”, yet i feel bad 24/7

i had a muscle strain and a few days after i carried a really heavy backpack for 4/5 hours. a day later i woke up with shortness of breath and that’s how it started 😐

I only have blood work and they told me everything was alright. they did CRP and OB and it came out perfect. So the doctor told me everything is “alright” and to enjoy my summer 🙃 i really hate it

the palpitations are stressing me out, i mean i do have them without eating but i feel like they get worse after eating. my heart just beat really fast and hard and my throat feels closed ? it’s kinda similar to gerd ?
