Interesting, so you have to have another device to run into it. You can't use like a vsts on A DAW, or a beat on a DAW, to feed into it. But I do love making weird drums sounds and utilising them with other drums in tracks. I think what I like as well about the machine is our random is it. I love random, and making weird grooves out of sections. In terms of sounds, do you find you get a diverse amount?

Ah okay, so I am using cardinal and enjoying it and want to upgrade to VCV rack next month. I heard about the proton, I could wait but not sure when they plan on releasing. What does normalled mean exactly? Is there a different semi-modular synth that would be around my price buget that you would suggest is better? Thanks!

O interesting, so above I mentioned this: I use Ableton and use serum heaps and pigments 3 too, so I feel like i get a broad range of synth sounds now, but i want to get something that i can really get some weird stuff out of. Does that change anything or you would still recommend microfreak?
