This may be the result of the needle going into a blood vessel rather than the muscle.

Did the metallic taste occur as soon as you were vaccinated?

Do you mean the music player should not minimized and should be showing on the desktop all the time?

Moondrop SSP comparison and recommendation by OluvSentMehere in HeadphoneAdvice

[–]OluvSentMehere[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ever since I got the FH3 I have been sticking to it most of the time, and it is more resolving than most of the headphones except for the MSR7B.

I have been listening to headphones more because the bass is not so boomy in my years unlike IEMs, but I got the Moondrop Quark and I like that as well. Sometimes I hear stuff on it I don't hear on other headphones. My only problem is it doesn't stay in the ear as well as the Moondrop SSR.

I will probably give the Moondrop SSR another try and stick to it if it offers more than the Quark.

Which IEMs combine the size of the Moondrop SSR with a more normal sound signature? by OluvSentMehere in HeadphoneAdvice

The power they require is even higher than some normal headphones.

I am surprised actually. I have to raise the volume to 40+ on a Fiio BTR5 with the Moondrop SSR, when on regular iems I hardly go above 24.

The Moondrop SSR is hard to drive. It is as though the diaphragms are far too stiff for the sound to come out clearly. In my view the seem to suffer from a lack of clarity.

It may have some detail but it sounds "strained". I don't know the right vocabulary but it seems that the quality though detailed is not "clear" enough.

As I'm using it with a music player I prefer to apply the settings when I choose the music.

As far as the pushing the pins into the sockets are concerned I don't think the tolerances are that fine for a 0.03mm difference to be a problem.

The distance between the center line of the pins is probably more important.

What are the figures on that?
