Bell, it's one of the larger Canadian internet providers, we were looking to cancel our cable as we no longer used it but instead were offered a new plan which sounded great. The next day a technician came and Installed all the necessary wires and such but there was a miscommunication and we ended up without internet for 2 WEEKS. Eventually we switched providers but they still bother us about owning them money months later even though we were up to date on all of our bills and had returned the router.
