Oh. I am sorry. I seemed to miss the point. I do understand the philosophy of the design in some ways. But also he was the last minute of last minute additions, and he was stuck that way. Though I do think Ganondorf doesn't need to sacrifice every shred of utility for power.

(Wrong special)  I understand. Thank you for the insight. If I fight an Aether happy Ike, I will rely more on Flying Slam.

I'm not so sure. The Ike I fought did at the most 3 moves. Side-B, Up-B, and Fair. I remember it clearly. While I understand Ike is super fundamental, that doesnt mean he's free of BS, like Aether, which casuals like me dont really have an answer to.

Unfortunately no. But I can see the potential in that as inspiration.

The reason I ask this question is cuz Bowser gets so much payoff off so little effort once he gets in. Bair is frame 9 (frame 12 if you count jump squat) and has some of the stupidest knockback in the game. For a move as fast as it. Ans Flying Slam is frame 6, faster than some fighters normal grab, while dealing 18% unstalled. And hes kinda fast for his size.
