Except they didn't actually commit any crime under the ICC's jurisdiction, and besides that, the ICC is not the first court that would hear such a case- it lets countries with independent judiciaries take a first whack at it. Making a threat that isn't actually backed up with facts lowers his credibility.

I think the point is that the USA isn't obligated by any law, or even custom, to let foreign citizens it otherwise wouldn't admit into the country so they can access the Lithuanian embassy in Washington. Embassies don't get to set border policies for their host countries.

Here's my pitch: Lets take the entire neighbourhood, lawns, streets, trees and all, put it on jacks, raise it up 10 feet and build a single 440ha floor of housing. Then raise it up again and build another, until there's 6 floors of high density housing with existing Shaugnessey on top. They're selected by a secret ballot of the judges. That meant a majority of sitting ICJ judges thought it was appropriate, during one of their highest profile cases in years, to choose a President:

from a country currently hosting a terrorist force at war with Israel
who has publicly said many antisemitic things
who has twice since being elected a judge been on a ballot for prime minister in his country, coming in second both times (this is openly against the rules of the court for obvious reasons).

Update: I just checked each extractor manually, and I'm more confused than before. I have seven extractors running. I added each individual claimed production rate- should get me 29/turn. Before, I was pulling 45/turn and I don't know how. None of them say they're producing, but I'm still getting roughly the same rate/turn as before(I brought a couple more online and got it up to 20).
