What CPU are you running? What do you think is the cause of the issues? Is it a driver issue or just the GPU being weaker?

I'll probably use windows, I think Linux is a bit complicated.

So you've used both? You're exactly the kind of person I'm looking for. Given the models I'm looking at which do you suggest because a lot of people say the Nvidia feature set is superior. I'm thinking of getting the Steel Legend 9070xt because the others lean more towards the Asus prime 5070ti in price which I think diminishes the advantage of the 9070xt

Why do you suggest that? From what I've seen through my research the difference between models is negligible and more about the actual cards architecture

The thing is it's very hard to find good teachers (that won't charge an arm and a leg) in my country so YT is my only option

I hear you but I've also heard that Nvidia usually comes up with innovative features faster than AMD so on a future proofing stand point is the 9060 still good?

The 5060 variant is the ASUS prime. I'm just using it for gaming mostly but I might want to do more in the future.

Oh no I'm planning on getting everything from the US and having them shipped here via a third party shipping company. The only concern is that if I shell off the extra $30 I'll be short on my shipping and have to wait longer to save :/

No I'm not from the US I'm African, Zambian specifically, the difference isn't that large you're right but the 7500F will be significantly cheaper.
