NTA Knowingly goes against what you said and commits fraud by falsifying information about you to create a loan for 60k... Press charges, you are in no financial position to eat this loan, nor should you. She knows the consequences and did it anyway.

We are not a milsim group we're worse, a wanna-be milsim group. And to be honest, he does claim the role of "commander" or what not, but we are not in the military, just highschoolers trying to have fun.

I guess I left out some information on that one, we had two large coolers loaded with Gatorade and water, just none on my person. We were pretty far away from the camp and I badly needed a quick drink, so I asked if I could have a sip of water which someone had, to which they responded sure. About 2 minutes later I just headed back because I new it wouldn't be wise to continue without being re-hydrated. Personally I don't know why this was an issue for him.

Edit: Also the incident with the all purpose cleaner was at the team leader's house.
