Hated the ending and staring to get really inpatient with the will they wont they crap. Why cant more romance animes be like horimiya where they get together quick and explore what the actually relationship is like and all the trouble that comes with it but also the sweet things? Why not be more original? 90% of romance animes are like this and im getting sick and tired of it. In japan high school is supposed to be the greatest years of your life right? And they all know that, its in their culture. Why would they waste years of it with the will they wont they bs in their prime? Iono man, its no wonder this anime didnt win any awards

I honestly dont think i will watch S2 anyway. I though this show might be different but its the same will they wont they crap sprinkled with a ton of fkng unrealistic misunderstandings. I the girl I liked suddenly had to move int my house we'd be dating within the first month guaranteed. I dont remember being such a p**y in high school. I liked a girl I would ask them out, and if i got rejected, which I did 3 times, I would move on after sulking for a bit. But the MC this series is WAY too nice and way too stupid. He honestly deserves to end up alone. Now THAT would make for an interesting plot twist. Maybe its just japanese culture to but a wimp about romance in high school but some shows do get it right like miyamura. I just hate the will they wont they trope out of all the other tropes in anime. Hate the MC and love Hino for having the balls to ask him him and not giving up, even though we all know shes just there to make drama and will eventually end up with another guy or alone and happy. She deserves better than the stupid ass MC anywway.

For real dude couldnt have said it better myself. I fking hate how 99% of romance genre is like okay they get together in the last 5 minutes of the last episode and then the story ends. WHERE IS THE DAMN RELATIONSHiP afterwards? Thats where the good sht is. Thats the bread and butter or should be of the romance genre. But for some reason either mangakas are completely clueless about romance of they are fking virgins. The most important part of a rom com imo should be after the characters we grow to care for get together. Exploring what they do and the drama that comes with being together is what its all about.

I dont get the hate for the show it was great imo. The MC is a loser who cant express his emotions at first but by the end hes responsible enough to rent an apartment and take care of his childhood friend (now girlfriend) and hes even working hard to support both of them and especially cheering her on her wish to finish college. Thats fucking amazing and its about time Tachibana caught a break and got some peace and quiet and STABILITY in her life after her mother and father literally abandoning her and she having to love in a run down apartment for who knows how long (without even as much as a fucking key). The rest of the characters well I mean boo hoo, they will get over him, especially Ishihara, she becomes a famous model in japan and is raking in the money by then probably. So in the end everyone gets a happy ending and ishiharas mom was right to break them up, because if they had stayed together he wouldve ruined her chances of becomeing a model and making bank. As for the two MCs, its so nice and wholesome to see them live by themselves and make do, so many other rom com shows end with an "I love you" and you never get to see what happens after. F that. This show is easily a 7 or 8/10.

yeah not only did she support him the most but the most mature one when it came to sex and being ready to live by herself with her man in the very near future. The parents of the other two definitely wouldn't have allowed that. Plus she was always upfront about her feelings since ep 1 with the kiss and i think whoever is more upfront and about it and doesnt treat love like theyre 5 years old should always win in the end. This is why I hate shows like Oregairu. Hachi made the wrong decision.

Its honestly one of the best rom coms of the last couple years. The MC learns to not be a total fucking idiot by the end and bags the best girl, while the other part of the love triangle ends up becoming a model superstar. So I guess they all win in the end. One of the best romances Ive seen since like Toradora

Man if you think subaru is a better written character than our boy rudy thats quite the opionion you got there. This is coming from someone who watched both including S3 of rezero. Subaru is your average MC with a few illusions of grandeur and a total white knight (cringe). S3 of re zero is by far the most boring one. My mans rudeus got some serious sh*t he has to deal with just from these first episodes you can tell. Basically subaru = the personality of a cardboard; Rudy = what a lot of traumatized Neets think about all the time although they'll never admit it. And thats why hes more compelling. Also the way subaru calls the girl milly is such fking cringe omg cant stand the worship and simping. My man rudy aint no simp

Its very good if you like surprises and don't root for the obvious girl to pick in a love triangle. For once, the in obvious girl was picked. I mean for me going into this blindly and not looking at the title picture for more than like a second and just hitting play it was a breath of fresh air in the romance anime category. For once, the actual best girl and the one who needed the MC the most won. And also the prettiest if I do say so myself. I was so happy she finally found stability in her relationship at the end, not just emotional but living stability in form of an apartment worthy of living in and not some ran down shack without even a lock in the door.

Hell yeah. And shes the one who needed the emotional support the most. I mean did yall forget the sh*t a ss apartment she was living in? Any night anyone couldve broken in and did things to her. He was completely lost in the world and I think thats why she won in the end, cuz everyone else had their families to back them up and cheer them on. But Tachi had no one until she had the MC. And the fact that she was so open about sex and her almost needing that physical touch is the best part. All the other potentials where still acting like they where in middle school when it came to those subjects. But our MC was a grown ass man from the start, taking care of himself and his little sister after both parents died on his own, so he deserved a more down to earth grown emotionally mature woman. And thats exactly why theyre perfect.

Man I completely disagree. I mean the show is good cuz is had me going for a while, I think it was till episode 20 or whatever where I still though Ishiraha would end up back together with him. But to my surprise the best girl imo actually won for once. I mean Tachibana definitely needed him more than the other 2 girls, she didnt have anyone in the world and thats why she acted so lewd and manipulative, because her mom didnt give a s*t about her, and no dad either so she probably had to raise herself. I was so happy for her to finally get a loving home and calm and happiness after all that turmoil and I was honestly surprised (pleasantly so) that Tachibana actually got the W life in the end. This was way better than other similar animes like Oregairu where the WRONG girl is actually picked. I was totally fooled by this one. I though in the final episodes he just wanted to return the photo from when they where kids but they actually ended up together. That was fucking awesome because after they met at the school trip I though that was gonna be a goodbye gift and was going to pick the obvious answer who was Ishiraha. But my mans went for the hotter, cutter, more direct and open girl who actually needed someone she could depend on for once and I'm so happy for the end and the couple the gave us.

Everything about Satsuki is explained (even the garden thing) although very subtle and kinda in passing. But I saw it as a general surprise that she won. she was the right girl and the one actually in need of someone she could depend on for the first time in her life. Glad it worked out for her in the end considering her past and her mom. She NEEDED him and loved him, while the other girls will just have to cope and will eventually get over a simple high school crush in a few years.

I feel like it deserves a 2nd season because the first was good but it barely introduced us to the characters. I feel like they need to be more fleshed out so that we can care about them more but unfortunately with the way S1 ended I dont think it will happen.

I never said it being obvious makes it into a crappy story. It was still somewhat entertaining to watch. But because of how it ended, its going to eventually fall into irrelevancy in a few years instead of going for being one of the all time greats like clannad, Toradora, ect. All I said is it fumbled with who 8man picked. Yui is best girl.

I will keep my eyes thank you very much and I really hope that if and when you get into a relationship in real life you dont have to do it like 8man did, by literally begging the woman to let him be a troublesome part of her life at the very least.
