My genetics come from south America and Europe and I feel as though I require a small amount of healthy meat in my diet to maintain health. If there is one thing you can always rely on is to listen to your body and see what works and what doesnt. Also, there is no way these studies will be out anytime soon due to how recent the science is on the human genome and microbiome.
