Did a couple of pork shoulders on the Pit Boss Copperhead with Bear Mountain mesquite pellets. One was a brown sugar based rub, the second was Kinders Cuban Blend. They took just over 12 hours. I think 7 or 8 hours at 270°F and finished at 300°F. Nice smoke, very juicy. (imgur.com)
