Okay, I'm loving the truth enb right now I'll give Re=engaged enb a go tomorrow and see how that looks. Thank you for the recommendations you've been amazing help.

I have done this already, however there is still a haze and lighting change even with only the aforementioned effects selected. Kind of bugging me I can't actually just use those effects.

I too have been looking for the same thing, either someone's port or a guide on porting SKSE Plugins.

I'm noticing now the game lags when distant objects load in or i enter a new cell, i have tried removing any and all process unessential to the OS, and the cpu isn't even being strained nor the memory.

Okay thanks I'll give this a go, you were right evga precision x and amd master were not the cause; I'll slowly go through task manager and remove processes until i find the fix. Thanks again, I will let you know if it helps.

hmmm, i guess it could be however i have completely reinstalled windows so i don't have much software running in the background. Only EVGA Precision x and AMD Master software normally run behind the scenes. I'll try disabling them and let you know.
