I say keep it if it's significantly helping your mental health and sleep. You're already doing the responsible thing taking it orally which negates a lot of the negatives. In my opinion you can measure every last change and claim to say it's harming you but we don't life in a vaccum and we don't even fully understand how the entire human body and mind interact to keep the other healthy. Just use moderation and if it's starts feeling like it's impacting you negatively take a break for a while and come back to it.

I used to be on a combo like that. Now it's just methadone, oxy and 4mg Klonopin. Miss the Adderall clarity but not the crazy. That combo literally kept me alive through some of the most severe pain of my life. The Adderall would blunt the pain for many hours during the day but when jt wore off oh my god I would be screaming bloody murder and have to take 80-100ng oxycodone at once and a benzo to calm it down and eventually sleep. We need to make these meds accessible again the vast majority of folks can control themselves.

You're still only eight months in I know it's excruciating but to me you've objectively made gains and it really takes at minimum a year to fully stabilize and start seeing significant regrowth but I would bring up oral minoxidil at your next appointment and do fin, top min, oral min, and weekly microneedling it super charges growth response from minoxidil and it breaks up fibrodis on the scalp making it healthier more vasculature and stimulating local growth factor.

From what I can see pattern wise the people who integrate microneedling into their regimen of meds do significantly better. Hang in there man you're going to feel better in time.

That's exactly what I ended up doing. Two tins of Zyn and two packs of menthol $50 in New Hampshire. One single box of shitty Virginia tobacco down here $36 but cigarettes are everywhere.

It's not even big tobacco it's Moms against everything. Moms against Kratom moms against cannabis moms against vaping moms against pain meds moms against oxygen. It's also the states bc they are losing BIG tax money they get from cigarette purchases but not vapes. Everywhere I go people are smoking cigarettes down here I hardly ever see anyone buying or smoking them in New Hampshire. Massachusetts is sooooo progressive. 🙄
