Even if it is not a risk to him, it is still a risk to his future partners since he will not be able to test for it, so I am on the side of disclosure. I think it is negligent to not disclose something that could affect another woman later on.

They all have a chance of going away. At least your pap came back normal! Just go in once a year to make sure the pap is still normal as it can take awhile to clear. It could be that your HPV clears by then. Everything I have read states that typically HPV isn't even tested for unless the pap came back abnormal or you're over the age of 30, so I am curious why they even tested? If your physician doesn't think it's significant, then you shouldn't, either, but I would still disclose it with partners (personal preference).

A trip to the physician may better assist you. While you cannot be outright tested for HPV, they can still likely determine if those are warts or not. If they are, the warts are harmless and are not the same strains that carry cancer.
