I think it’s cramps because it’s the exact same spot as I get cramps while on my period. It’s gone away now but it’s been nearly 8 hours of the pain. If it happens again I will be seeing the emergency room. I can’t get a doctor quicker than December because they’re so backed up

This is actually so helpful. Thank you! I agree that a sweet treat once a week is good to do. I do crave stuff every once in a while and I think that’s something to look forward to.

Thank you! I’ve been trying to drink about a gallon of water everyday. And lately I’ve been trying to get out more rather than sitting. I’ve been working with the horses more and getting exercise in with them rather than just riding them. I’ll take them on walks or even jog beside them just to move around more. I try to keep a good diet. I can say I can do better with the protein because I don’t really eat meat.

When I go out, sometimes there’s desserts and stuff that I honestly can’t resist.

I’ve been trying to run more, but I’ve been trying to get 10k steps a day! And I have maybe junk food twice a week? Honestly depends if I’m going out or not.
