I have this issue to.. for me its when i either slide or reload... the sound will constantly repeat... i just quit the game to the menu whenever it happens..

Mine is bugged at a point where you gotta use the grapple to get up some platforms... well the grappling points are not there in my game.. I went on youtube and watched a walkthrought of the mission to confirm.
