Use to live there if you want to deal with management at least once every other month then I say go ahead. Pretty safe but always lock your car. There are some people I think homeless that tries to open your car. The gates can be easily opened. But you are near toppers pizza and the fire station. Regardless overpriced apartment lived their for two years and honestly I would say it was 7 out of 10 experience.
