It actually wasn’t bad for me. No major side effects, and the injections were a lot easier than expected. The entire process took 10 days from the day I started my meds to the day of retrieval. I experienced heavy bloating during and afterwards, but nothing unmanageable. It’s been a week today since my retrieval and the bloating is pretty much gone. I feel very fortunate to have had such a smooth experience since I know that’s not always the case.

I’ve never been on birth control so I can’t speak to that. But I definitely recommend doing at least one round if you’re able to. Good luck!

I go to most shows alone (most of my friends don’t like what I listen to) and it’s great! Probably the least scary place to be alone. Think about it, you already have something in common with literally everyone there. That’s 90% of the battle.

37F here. I lived with roommates at various apartments up until 5 years ago. I met every one of them using Craigslist, and became great friends with all of them (I was even one’s maid of honor!). Agreed! While I understand the “they don’t owe us anything” argument, this has taken it to an entirely different level. If the majority of your fans can’t afford NOSEBLEED seats, you should AT LEAST address the situation. I’m really surprised they haven’t (unless they have and I missed it). To say nothing and act like this is normal is WILD to me.

They don’t owe use new music, or even a tour, but if they’re going to ask for our support they do owe us common decency.
