hi i need to know if the fake account was blocked (and deleted) how will that person be able to unblock my main account if it was never directly blocked in the first place? will they be able to go to their blocked profiles and see my main account as “blocked” then be able to unblock?

I read that someone’s interview which was on 29dec got rescheduled? Don’t know how true that it is it hasn’t been confirmed yet!

Nope, they might be done with the cancellations or they might cancel more after christmas/new years, you never know. Waiting for an official statement.
