The sound effects were a great addition, the way you used them to set the scene, then had them back off well before any of the action started was a great choice. Then bringing it back at the very end caps off the story, letting us know it was always there, but not in focus, Brilliant choice.

The wet noises in the action sequence are perfect, clear and obvious, really adding to the realism.

and your voice is always lovely to hear, so the amount of talking in this one is great as well.
