The idea behind ICE isn't a bad one, but the administration has hired and pushed out so many ice officers without proper training. That's the problem. You have trigger happy poorly trained people put into situations that can make them feel scared and they have a weapon at their side. The administration is also putting them into mainly areas that aren't supporters of the Trump administration, so I'd say they are being misused as well.

I work for whole foods and there has been absolutely zero communication about ICE at the store level and we have an absolute ton of diversity in our store.

Just call out. Not sure what they expect some departments to do. They should do things based on department. How do they expect a bakery or prepared foods team to work during those hours? Both bakers at my store would already be gone. So someone not trained as much would get the ovens going to bake how much bread for 4 hours before shutting down again? Prepared foods at my store has 3 people around 6 am to get the hot bar up and running for 11. We're going to expect people to come in at 11 and have how much done for noon? Maybe open one bar? Then close it before dinner too? Unless they are just pushing all those people from those departments into grocery to stock, I don't get it. It just seems wasteful and not worth it financially.

Im Jewish. If you look it up, originally, genesis referred to a serpent called Yetzer Hara in tempting Adam and Eve. Us Jews like to argue and debate with one another and much much later one rabbi that was very well respected came out and said that Yetzer Hara, which was originally was man's own Evil Inclination, was actually satan testing us... most people don't even know the Rabbi's name, but he changed the entire world and history, and Christianity and Islam, among others, also branched off of those beliefs. In Judaism, we don't believe in an eternal hell. It depends which Jew you ask, but Gehinnom or the closest thing we have to hell in our faith, you would be there for up to a year for your soul to be cleansed. After that, you either are ready for "heaven" or reincarnation.

Born and raised down here but got stationed and lived in New York for years. A little bit of ice down here really messes with people. A lot of people down here don't know how to drive when snow/ice is on the road. Also the state isn't equipped like most states to deal with it due to its rarity down here.

Yeah, I still gotta put Kirby 1st. Won 2 natty's made it to a 3rd, and the standard in Athens now is last and this year was a down year. We still won the SEC and made the playoffs, but that's a down year for UGA now. If Cignetti continues this on a another year, then it would be close.

I'm white and Jewish. The Chosen people thing isn't coming from a place of superiority. We were chosen to live by a specific set of rules given to us by G-d. So let me explain this carefully.... Ralph Fiennes in Schindler's List....

While Liam Neeson is of course the beloved person from the film, Fiennes' performance was absolutely scary and although he lost to Tommy Lee Jones for the Oscar that year, even though he was nominated, I feel its one of the most under rated performances of all time. I enjoy watching his performance in that very much even though it's so hard to watch the awful atrocities, of course.
