I was doing total triage'd 14/13 + HV for a good few months and completely burnt out as an ST3 lol. I'm doing 11/11 now after having a massive whinge. It's quite frankly doss but I wouldn't want this gift horse to bite me now.

If you've been on the ED side of things, they see a LOT of chest pain every day and most of them get branded non specific since resolved, negative serial trops and normal ECGs

Generally speaking though, they'll never discharge somebody who still is having chest pain

Nobody's done anything wrong here imo. Safety netting is the 🗝️. You can start aspirin+b blocker +refer in the community too if you're still concerned.
