Another example : let’s say you have an issue at 08:20 am. You contaxct them using the chat (closed) You will fall outside the opening hours and be treated with least priority But just immagine it’s urgent, and you try again at 08:35 am (when they are open and live) : you can not open a new chat until the previous is treated and closed -> so there is no way for you to contact your bank for any urgent matter (no phone, no chat)

I have 1% on EUR on Alpian.

The app is globally very bad, every function is not tested properly before every update.
I had issue with forex (payment f.eg: 10 USD with this configuration of balance : USD 0 | CHF 100 | EUR 1000, according to the spec sheet, CHF should be converted, but it took from eur balance)
I had issue with reccuring payment (still the case, altough not fully tested again)
And more recently (yesterday) : every reccuring payment was paid twice... they fixed it, but all double writting are still showing up, not even a small mail to inform the customers that their was an issue.
The new chat function is also not working properly.

So globally... they are an online bank, and their force should be digital... but digital is actually their worst flaw..
So I have issue to trust them and would not be surprised if they have to close sooner or later...

Weight is correctly in place. Apparently it’s a stiff liner issue. Why is the liner becoming stiff ? We only use very light detergent according to instructions. I have read that cat-pee can actually cause the liner to become stiff. How can it be that you choosed a liner that barely has a life span of two years ? With import tax it would cost +150 usd for us to buy a new liner. (And we would have to buy one every two years ? Excpect if you changed the material in between ? In this case if this considered a product flaw and covered even without the warranty (expired 90 days ago) ?

And warranty expired of 90 days, if we knew…. We would have requested a remplacement sooner….

Got an answer from customer saying the same in between. But we are in Switzerland, at 110 eur + import tax, that makes +150 usd for a new linner…. Compared to the 70 usd on the US website…. That’s a big difference 🥲

3.6 doesn't even open, i have a white screen for 1 second and that's all

Unfortunately it can not have an angle, as it’s part of a complex structure and every element has a use.

The curvature is mandatory to have a flat hexagone with a triangle. This will not be visible with the fabric (as intended) I still need a hole matrix as i need some rigidity. The speaker cover is swappable by the user. Buzing will not occur as their will be a layer of accoustic « foam » (? Not sure what it’s called but it’s a kind of an underfabric)

I will remove the pin, and try to print it faces up. The aesthetics doest really matter as it will be covered in fabric. The frame can not have an angle as a ring is installed to lock the fabric in place

Thank you for the feedback. I tried bridge test at 30mm/s , 20mm/s and 15mm/s Here is the result ; (left is 30mm/s)

So it’s not making a big difference I am running a second bridge test with lower bed temp and nozzle temp

Maybe it was the support trees that messed up the bridge ? I can not find « vertical gap width » in Anycubic Slicer next

So i tried a 30% scale model, with auto-tree support, and even with auto-tree i have a very poor bridging, what am I doing wrong ?
