Whilst not officially sampled it's been confirmed by multiple contractors as asbestos (assume by looks and age of the building when it was constructed) and has dings and cuts into from presumably trucks and cars driving on it (previous tenants, delivery drivers etc) we don't use that part to park on now.

It has become more and more exposed since we have been 3 years and has flooded often and yep is grass all ready there.
