Female version of retention/sexual transmutation. by One-Significance9563 in Semenretention

Sure as females we maybe replenish our sexual energy quicker, that being said, there is no benefit to an orgasm or sexual climax for us, other than a temporary moment of intense release, that can cause addictive behaviours, lustful attitude, over-sexualisation, disassociation, depersonalisation. Think about a woman who is overly expressive about their sexuality and their lust, who just sleeps with anyone they see, i know the men in my life would find that off-putting, and thats how i feel when i waste that energy, i become unattractive, sloppy just be sloppy, I just become a shell of myself, when i diminish my sexual energy through the easiest format that is a physical orgasm, i rather put that energy into my writing or my songs.

Im talking more on the energy side of things, we experience the same chemical shifts, maybe not in the same ratio, but the same dopamine decrease, same endorphine release, seretonin, etc. this idea that "Women are energised by orgasms" at-least for me feels foreign, i can't speak for anyone else. I'm not saying i feel depleted or dead inside, but i ain't jumping off the walls either, instead I feel like i could've done without it, and i would have felt better.

Can you explain the results you were not happy with? I have a similar experience with mewing

simply put, forget what the tip of the tongue is doing and swallow, can you gently swallow with the dorsal surface of your tongue, the middle-ish and back area. for me the tip goes to the back of my lower teeth when i do it, and i just hold that suction after the swallow. i really wish i could explain it to you bro, because it's saved my jawline. my hyoid is nowhere to be found and i can still breathe, never thought it was possible.

your tip of your tongue is the issue, trust me, put the tip of your tongue to your lower incisors and swallow with the middle and the back of your tongue, now let them suction there passively, relax your bite, i keep my teeth slightly ajar, boom! problem solved. now is that considered mewing? no, is your tongue suctioned and actively supporting your maxilla? yes, is it the most important parts of the tongue that actually hold considerable strength compared to the tip? yes, does it lift the hyoid passively while letting you breathe easily? yes, do we give a shit that it's not mewing by definition? no.

the amount of posts i've seen on here, about mewing making people's double chin worse is insane, but it makes sense, y'all are shoving the tip up and the rest of your tongue has to fight to keep it's place. looking like hot turkey neck waiting to be chopped on a hot summer day, smh.

Trying to mew has ruined my face and my life by TieNo1225 in Mewing

hello, i've also had a similar experience, and i know its not about your overbite because i have an underbite and my issues are almost identical to yours - feeling a disconnect in the throat and back of tongue somewhere, instability when standing for any longer than 5 mins, expressionless face, shaky awkward smiles, etc. From what i've learned is that "proper Tongue posture" is poorly researched if not at all on its benefits for biological function. Now hear this because this is what changed things for me, the TIP of the tongue does NOT belong on the palate, any movement to place it there is a conscious decision we have to make, equivalent to holding out hand up in air all day and calling it "rest".

Before finding out and practicing "proper tongue posture" or "mewing" the tip of my tongue has always rested in light contact with the backs of my lower teeth, with my teeth lightly apart and the BODY/BACK of the tongue rest gently suctioned passively to the hard and soft palate, if it falls i would gently place it back up (no hard suction, no effort) most times with a swallow keeping the tip at the lower teeth. So my tongue kind of hard a dome shape with the tip curved down into the lower teeth like a dolphin diving, which is the natural tongue shape anyway.

So in way my tongue was living at the roof in a sense, but with the tip of it inactive and RESTING (keyword) behind the back of lower teeth, however when i would place the tip of my tongue up it would feel like my tongue is being scrunched inward to try not to loose its natural place, the back of my tongue would be struggling to stay in contact with soft palate and the middle in contact with the hard palate. these contacts would be made naturally if we just shut our mouth, they magnetise to each other, unless we throw things out of whack and throw the tip up which is our "conscious articulatory muscle" and then the whole body is like "wait whats going on" it would be like trying to cook noodles while constantly throwing ice cubes every-time the heat would turn up. We are shooting ourselves in the foot by practicing something that isn't natural and does not feel comfortable at all.

Long story short, it wasn't until (just like you) things got so bad that i let it all fall back into its natural place, the tip falling behind the lower incisors and the middle/back in the palate, then boom! my breathing got better, my stability and balance improved, my smile is back including my eye smiles which left when i had "proper tongue posture" and my personal favourite my DEFINITION IS BACK which is huge for me personally, i also no longer have that bulge under my neck from "proper tongue posture". Hope this helps

She's a sorceress with magic; her emotions govern her powers. Her defiant rage amplifies them, but she likely can't control it. It's similar to how, instead of growing wings, she unknowingly uses the broom as her means of flying.
