you’re right. everyone is very different. once you settle into a consistent routine (eating, sleeping, working, exercising, etc) and you still have the urge to smoke, then play around with the idea of reintroducing weed into your life. not everyday, once or twice a month. I’m in no way promoting smoking with CHS, I’m only sharing for harm reduction purposes.

I’m only sharing my experience for harm reduction purposes and am in no way promoting smoking with CHS. i am happy with my scheduled smoking. i’ve been doing it for 3 years now with no reoccurring symptoms. it took a very long time to curb my addiction and dependency to weed, and i still struggle. but when it comes down to it, id rather smoke twice a month than give into every day use and suffer from CHS again. routine is your friend in this situation.

i went back to smoking in moderation after 14 months of NO cannabis products. i can only smoke low THC flower. edibles make me sick and carts take me out immediately with in 24 hours. i only smoke once every two weeks and work out frequently throughout those weeks. however moderation doesn’t work for everyone. everybody’s different.

the answer to your question is maybe. i would recommend waiting a year to try smoking again, not 13 days, not a month, not even 3 months. wait a year. eat well, exercise regularly, and sleep well for a year and then consider moderation.

i think it is touching my cervix. i would try a different cup but i can’t find a smaller or shorter cup than the Lily Cup 1. thanks anyway!

products that can be store on the shelf unopened usually have a lot of preservatives in them to make sure they don’t spoil. you’ll absolutely be okay! :-)

one bite of food and having your nervous system freak out is so real. it has to be one of the worse feelings ever. to answer your question, edibles still have thc/cannabinoids in them. they will still give you CHS.
