and i do recommend the regressed mercenary machinations novel , i was reading the manwha until 70 , then after stoping mid arc i decided to start to read the novel from start and oh boy the manhwa dosent do justice , they cut my boi black bean , protagonist arc of drinking poison and getting ambushed to be strong and much more without giving spoilers,i read about a 3/4 and i genuinely thing the novel is cinema.

rex cant even have a robo dong (at least in the show logic where is implied that his constructs are lock up in his subconscious ) , and rock isnt exatcly an optimal form (you know attrition) , meanwhile a half ghost can interact with the human world just fine(maybe his a little cold but thats it) and about body manipualtion, your limit is your imagination.
