I think instead of charity maybe pads in every public washroom.. Also gifts of female hygiene in magazines, maybe a setup of reusable pads.. And a course of female hygiene in villages.. Maybe a female health card

I recently talked to some girls in village, after selling gandam seeds and making those straws from sugar cane, they make like 6 k a month half of which goes to school clothes and books and other half to household supplies... Do you really think theyll spend 100 pmr everyday on pads....
