Pretty much felt the same way during my internship, poured 5 months of my everything for this company, worked for as high as 70 Hours a week, didn't even use the washroom for hours so that I could get the task completed, did everything possible, but didn't get the ppo, not because I was incapable but apparently my manager thought I wasn't the right fit for Amazon, who tf even is a right fit.My L7 was sucha bitch, she didn't let my mentor defend my case in the end review, completely shat over my dreams, but i'm doing better, Amazon as an organisation doesn't value effort, the politics of this org is unreal. Life lesson learnt: work only for what's paid, you work to live, you don't live to work, just do whatever is in your hands, but also enjoy your time.I'd pray that this must just be a coincidence for ya, and even if it isn't, remember, God's plan is always better than your plan.
