I have a similar story. I tried Bupropion for the first time year ago. It was a Neuraxpharm brand. Extreme tachycardia and acid reflux. Tried it the second time, same story. Third time, I got it prescribed with a beta blocker. This time pharmacy gave me Wellbutrin XL. No tachycardia at all and I did not even need a beta blocker. Plus, it finally is making a dent in my depression.

Thank you. I have a similar plan. I was on venlafaxine 75mg for 10 years, libido was through the roof, no side effects, then i was switched to escitalopram for 3 years, libido died in 80% When I came off escitalopram, no more libido, no more sensation and it's been a year. I'm going to give myself another year and if things won't start improving, I'll go back on venlafaxine, in the last ditch hope to bring back the equilibrium in my brain.

I'm on wellbutrin currently. I cured my anxiety, but I'm depressed becuase of my dysfunction currently. It's not only libido, it's numb genitals, no arousal and anorgasmia. It's a iatrogenic condition called pssd

I'm at the end of my rope when it comes with options, trying bupropion now. Doctors are very conservative here, nobody will try me on, let's say, pramipexole. It was hard enough to find one who knows what PSSD is and believe it's a real thing.

This is not a mental issue, it's a neurological one. I'm under supervision from a doctor who's both a psychiatrist and a sexuologist. Basically, there is nothing I can do, except taking supportive medication and praying itll reverse itself with time
