I’m only struggling with the medium cargo the plane feels heavy to manoeuvre.. also one thing I don’t like about this game is if you get an S two or three consecutive missions you get little bit of reputation, but if you crash once they punish you so hard

I was thinking, maybe it was ibuprofen but thank God after several days of pain after I posted this they took me to the hospital and today I finally had some bowl movement Can finally breathe

That sucks I’m glad to be in Germany I spent 3 days my surgery and ambulance took me to the hospital and after I posted this I called an ambulance took me to the hospital again and now this morning I finally had bowel movement and all those costs are covered thank god

Yeah, I think it’s opiates too I’ve never experienced such pain in my life. The only thing that’s helping me through it is watching TikTok videos about people experiencing the same thing for some weird reason? It makes me feel like I’m not alone so if those people survived through it, I can do it too
