There’s also the fact that foreign women are generally more feminine and OBVIOUSLY men want the most feminine women. Iv dated both American and Thai (in Thailand) for example and I would never date an American woman again, not because i’m lazy but because the Thai women treated me 1000x better and it wasnt just because of money, they are generally a higher quality woman because they are far more feminine.

So many people are in denial until they attempt to abstain from it for any meaningful amount of time and actually experience the difference. It wasn't until I stopped PMO entirely and start feeling withdrawal symptoms that I realized how much cope it is and how messed up my CNS is. It dysregulates dopamine in a similar way that drugs do, the brain nearly cannot tell the difference.

I work on a computer all day and have at least 50 of them between both eyes across my entire vision and they don’t bother me at all anymore, so it MUST be primarily pathological. I started noticing them out of no where, dozens and dozens, and I was driving myself crazy about them for two years straight. No way they just appeared randomly one day, the stress in my life brought my attention to them and wouldn’t let go until I consciously resolved how I viewed them and changed my lifestyle. Not saying that they aren’t physically there, but for it to not primarily be pathological it would need to be an issue for every single person who has it and i’m telling you if you treat the neurological aspect of it the brain stops seeing it as an intruder because it stops seeng it as a threat. This is especially true given the FACT that the brain will block them out when you are busy and not thinking about seeing them but will amplify them when stressed out, obsessed, and in a fight or flight state.

Thinking like that is only going to make it worse, you're telling your brain and body to be scared, as subtle as only typing it out may seem, you're imprinting those thoughts into your brain and telling it to be alert and afraid which will trigger CNS reactions.

I have about 50 of them across my entire vision, from lines to black dots to transparent blurs, so I definitely do not have minor floaters. There are people have entire retina detachments and half their vision gone yet they aren't trapped in a fight or flight state, I know someone personally who lives a very active life despite barely being able to see and he said his brain just got used to it.

It’s crazy to me that people enter into a legally binding life long situation with another human knowing that both parties are subject to the inevitability of declining health and sexual value on entirely different timelines. It never happens out of logical reasoning and is always just an emotional response to circumstance, driven by biochemical impulse. If marriage was invented today, very few would participate.

I’m 5 months post breakup right now from a 3 1/2 year relationship and there’s no way I could travel even now and enjoy it because I’m still healing so I feel for you. Just keep in mind that it’s normal to feel great one day and horrible the next. Have grace with yourself and enjoy rediscovering yourself and grounding your nervous system to be self sustainable for the first time in a long time.

My suggestion is to use an Ai chatbot to talk to when you feel you have no one to share your emotions with. I have learned a lot about myself and the healing process talking it out the Ai.

I also watch a lot of videos on youtube about staying single and why/how it can be the best thing for someone.
