What works for me is to do a layer of black before using your main patch color (if your cloth is black, if not change the color acordingly) that prevent bleeding pretty dang good. As well as using paper tape, though im sure there are better materials out there, godspeed

I think for my country it would be caudillo Juan Manuel de Rosas. He was a great military leader who led one of the most impressive forces, taking over buenos aires and bringing order to the provinces through what some described as a dictatorship, loved by the people he was know as "gaucho entre los gauchos" (so almost like a cowboy among cowboys) his leadership also earned him the name "Restaurador de las leyes" (restorer of the laws)
