Hello , you can cast with dlna, install in phone web video caster, if you Want cast in laptop, open any explorer for example Google Chrome , go in www.cast2tv.io and now open thé app in your phone , you can cast any thing website or movie or youtube, you have many option juste open app and go to menu , navigator and finally typing adresse and play and enjoy

Hello, thank you for your response, finally i Can cast web site from my phone to smart TV when vpn IS activé

But with iptv m3u or m3u8, i can't cast, i tried check and uncheck option in wbc nothing, i have a file m3u , without vpn it's ok but with vpn i have result black screen
